I think they can call until 9pm, 7 days a week. At least that's the law for telemarketers.

they can call you anytime during normal buisness hours. ive had calls up to 10pm my time. they call on sundays and ive been called on holidays. caller id is the best invention since sliced bread. bet bill collectors hate it. waaaaa. i never pick up the phone for a number i dont recognize.

yes it is legal in certain states. especailly if its collection agencies, and you owe money than that would be the best time to reach you.

If it is not for collection purposes, sure. Even for collection purposes, if that's the only time they can reach you, sure. Otherwise, it depends on your state laws and regulations.
