Well speaking from experience, that is not always true.There are guys that kiss well,and are average in the bedroom.Then there are guys that don't kiss so well,or don't like to kiss that much and make up for it in the bedroom.My husband wasn't that much into kissing, but was awesome in the bedroom, So it all depends, if you prefer good kissers then except the rest.Sometimes you can get lucky and have both.So I hope this helps.Happy hunting.

Possibly. Most kissers are romantic and very passionate which could play a great deal in the role they play in between the sheets. Now they may not perform well, but they can make you feel good emotionally.
