I try yo let her know how beatiful she is but, i dont want to say it so much it gets on her nerves.

Yes, you can say it so much it starts to sound insincere. If you've told her you find her attractive then she knows how you feel...no need to say it every time you see her or every time you speak to her.
Save it for special occasions or when you feel she needs a boost...the less you say it, the more special it will be to her when she hears it.

Good looking girls hear that all of the time, and according to them it does get on their nerves. It makes her think that you only like her for just one thing.
I suppose that insecure and unattractive girls like to hear it (because they rarely do), but anything said too often is bound to get old. Doesn't she do anything else that you admire?

I love to hear it frequently and have no problem if someone is telling me all the time. As long as I know that person is sincere then hey, bring on the praises baby!!

if you really can't help it, try to hum or sing the song "You are so beautiful...to me" just to get it off you, let her wonder if the song is for her ;-) if she asks just give her a smile....awww.

its nice to say every once ina while, but if you say it too much it will sound repetitive and that you dont really mean it
