At my high school, I am trying to start an environmental club. I definitely want my members to not only learn about the magnificent world we live in, but also would love the opportunity to share that love and knowledge; to pass it on. I hope to be very active and involved; combining outdoor education and projects, working with the community and educating others on living with, not against the natural world.
Of course, there will be down times, like camping trips to unwind, appreciate what is left intact and remember why we are doing this. We need to be very strong for this; I must find a way to seek out and involve people and get this going in the school before we can reach out to the community.
If you have any suggestions about school clubs in general, environmental projects we could do, people we could talk to, things to get people interested, or anything you think could help me, give me ideas! I am open to just about anything. thanks alot!

That sounds like a great idea. How about a job shadow day? Last year some elementary students came and hung out in our office to see what we do.

Get all your members to sign the Petition to help stop Global warming if they want to. Just go to the website and the petition is easy to find.
