As others have noted, it means, "all powerful."
Have you heard the one about the dumb guy who asks if God is so powerful then why can't he make a rock so big He can't lift it?
That guy sounded smart (at least he thought so), but the obvious answer (or, perhaps, the not-so-obvious answer) is that his question was faulty: he had just contradicted himself!
He asked:
* * if God can do anything
* * why can't He lift a rock?
He had just said (as his premise) that He could, by stating as a given that God could do anything!
Better to ask why this guy asking the question can't ask a question that doesn't forget what it had just said! :)
