God is both willing & omnipotent .
The evil doings on the earth is because God gives us free-will, sumthing that God doesn't give any other creatures . So unlike Sun, which will always rise from the East ( until the last day when Sun will rise from the West ), human may lead a life with free-will . However, humans will be judged in the day of judgement . Those who lead a noble life will be rewarded with Heaven while those who lead a sinful life will be thrown to Hell .

During 1800s, Anthropologists had a problem as to how
to classify human beings. One resercher proposed the
expression "intelligent animal". After advanced studies
on monkeys, it was dropped. Another reseacher proposed
"tool using animal". After observing some animals
making wooden tools and sharpening them with knife like
stones, it was dropped. Another researcher proposed
"weapon using animal". A decade ago, a rare film was
shot in African forests. One short monkey was hit very
badly by a big monkey. The short monkey prepared a
wooden knife using stones and hid it on the top of a
tree. After some days, when the big monkey came to
attack the short monkey, it ran up to the tree for the
weapon it has hid and killed the big monkey. The one
thing that the anthropologists found with any group of
human beings, even if they did not have contacts with
the out side world for thousands of years, is
spirituality with some form of religion. So, man is a
"spiritual animal" if you want to call him that way.
"Manush" (human) was so named because he has "Manas" a
mind higher than that of the animals which realises the
divinity in creation. It was present since the creation
of human beings. Religion is the characteristic feature
of most of the human beings. It is as eternal and
and as unchanging as the Almighty. Disbelief by a
few will not affect it.

Advaita Siddhantam says that the Atma present in your
body is a piece of Paramatma. Paramatma is eternal.
Paramatma is Omnipotent. Paramatma is infinite. How can
the finite see the infinite? It is even difficult for
the finite to understand the infinite.

God and god are in the same respect the same but god is a word not a being god is the need for something that we humans can't grasp, something that no matter what we do we dont feel happy or why we sometimes feel sad or why things just happen. god started when man first learned how to farm people wanted to be able to hope for something good as in a good harvest so they made god and god gave them hope that is how God revealed himself to us he gave us hope this being is our grasp of hope.

God is both able and willing. humans allow hate and evil to enter the world. it is our free will, though, whenever something bad happens, you trust that God will use this to make something good come out of it.

Epicurus is dead and dust in the grave....Jesus Christ is risen -100% God and 100% man - "In the beginning was God "- a self-declaring statement.....He is - and in every man God has placed that void - being able to be filled only by man accepting His gift of eternal life....

"Governments derive their just powers from the consent of the governed." -- Thomas Jefferson, American Declaration of Independence

God is only your god if you grant him that authority in your life. If not, then, yeah, neither one of you wins.
