I don't feel sick other wise. Does this sound like stress or lack of sleep? I would normally assume this except I have chills. Am i coming down with something?

Take your temp. People have chills without a fever if they just don't feel good and if the temp is really cold this can happen. Take some advil for the sake of feeling better anyhow. It won't hurt you. If you are tired and not sleeping you need to do that because you can pick up viruses easier when you are ran down. you would know this about yourself best. So, take a good vitamin, vit. C would be helpful also and vit. D we are all low in this vitamin because of the dreary weather in winter, if you live north of Atlanta this is true because it comes from sun exposure only. Eat and drink well, build up your immunity and stay away from crowds if possible until you feel better. Chicken soup is like penecillin...it does wonders for the blahs. Whatever the reason you need to take care of number one and not be so tough on yourself during this season when so many viruses are going around. Right? Good luck and health.

Dear Peace, you are ill. Take plenty of fluids like 2 liters a day, take Tylenol as directed. If you don't improve in 2 weeks or get worse before then see a doctor. Get better soon.
