I really do wish you'd stop posting these "i'm ugly" posts. Get over yourself and just enjoy life. I'm not going to say anything stupid like it's the inside that counts and other cliches like that because most of the time people don't give us the time of day. Yes, i said "us". I'm not the most good-looking guy either, but i manage to get through life day by day. To let people really see the goodness in you, you should do something your good at. Join a club, play games at parks where people can see and say "wow she's good". Take people's attention off your looks and into your personality. That's how you make friends and have a good life. not by feeling bad about yourself and cursing yourself in the mirror. I do that alot but i'm a good persuader and i often preach to myself that what i'm doing is stupid and unneccesary. Know that there is no such thing as "ugly" or "beautiful" , but just what society puts on looks. Live life, and have fun!
Oh yeah, also, you have a boyfriend! What the hell are you complaining about!!? I would do anything for a girl's attention!! stop feeling sorry for yourself and look at the good things in your life. Plus there are always other options at appearance renewal besides surgery, which half of the time makes things worse. If you are overweight and FEEL that YOU want to loose some lb's, excercise, then get new clothes, makeup, etc. Feel sexy and that's what you'll be. Also try looking in the mirror sometimes and talk to yourself how you want to talk to others. Maybe you feel "societies belief of ugly" because no one pays attention to you... could it be because your uninteresting? Try a whole personality renewal. I try to act different alot, but never change to impress anyone!..kay im done lol

Oh, my... what happened to you that disfigured you? How old are you?
I read some of your other questions... this is fantastic! It is clear that you are obsessed by this thing. Does your boyfriend worry about this like you do?
There is something wrong with you if you have such a big obsession about this and I'm sure that any person that reads all the other questions you asked will say the same thing as me. You are not disfigured and so on. Otherwise I would have given a good answer, not this...
Just be careful, if you begin taking antidepressants you have to know about it's side-effects: dry mouth, sexual dysfunctions, trembling, low blood pressure... you are doing this thing all by yourself and antidepressants are not good...

First a bit of humor: a poem by Ogden Nash:
As a beauty I am not a star
There others more handsome by far
But my face, I don't mind it
For I am behind it
It's the people in front get the jar!
----
Learn to accept yourself how you are and find a but of humor in it.
You do, of course, have the option to get plastic surgery, but why?
Just so others can accept you for the way you look?
There is no 'rule' on what is beautiful - it is all a matter of opinion. I bet you are beautiful inside, and the people who are willling to really be your friends will look for that inner beauty.

hi, im also facialy disfigured! i had something called bells palsy about 7 years ago and it has never gone back to normal. i woke 1 morning to find the left side of my face had dropped! scary or wot! i had intensive physio but my face never went back. now i dont get concerned about it as my husband accepts and loves me as i am. but as for myself frankly i feel like a minger at times, so i do things like to trying to hide that side of my face by having my hair done so that it covers it up and it makes me feel 10 times more human, why not give it ago? goodluck.

There is a solution. You don't need surgery.
Look at www.purelyraw.com check out the links part, and you will see hundreds of people who have completely transformed themselves, simply by following a raw vegan diet. Look at the before and after photos, see how people have cured themselves of all things including eczema, depression, autism, diabetes etc.
We are meant to eat raw vegan foods, it is our natural diet. By eating cooked foods we build a body out of sunstandard materials, which goes wrong and looks wrong. Wild animals don't get disease, we are the only animal on the planet that cooks it's food.
People like me who are 100% raw vegans become almost completely unrecognisable as our bodies rebuild themselves on raw mineral and nutrient dense foods. It is the most blissful way to be and has completely trasformed my life.
www.purelyraw.com is my website, feel free to email me from there, good luck.
Aswell as raw food try doing yoga. Bikrams Yoga if you live near one of his studios. Again yoga can balance out and rebuild your body and balance=beauty.

You need to pass out only an identical as all and sundry else. Are there any communities you may want to connect or instructions you may want to pass to on a nighttime possibly only to get you into the swing of going out again. attempt to pass out for short sessions of time till you construct your self assurance up. in case you imagine of your self in this way then others will too yet in case you demonstrate, outward, self assurance then that's the way you'll look to others. pass on your well being care provider many times till they refer you to someone who can help you. sturdy success and God bless you. xx

Please go and see your GP - I think you have dysmorphia. You have been obsessing about this for quite a while now and no matter how many ways you ask this question, you are always going to get the same answer - you are NOT ugly and you need to start focusing on other things and other people.
Good luck.
