Do not have sex or kiss or anything on the first date. Guys like to chase a girl. The longer they chase the more they get to know you and the more interseted they will be.
If you think you are beautiful who cares what they say. Be yourself and screw the ones that can not see what kind of person you are.

Even thought guys are for the most part shallow, being beautiful isn't everything, and there must be something that bothers them about you. Unless you are going out with the wrong guys and giving it up, on the first date.

Lack of chemistry. Someone can find you VERY attractive but not be attracted to you, if you know what I mean.
I have that happen all too frequently myself...sometimes the spark just isn't there.

Perhaps you need to work on your conversational skills, not keeping up on your end of the conversation, can be a real turn off.

Beauty is not everything as you have found out.. Maybe you talk to much about yourself?? DO you talk alot about your past?? Ask them more things about them.. And do not try to impress them just be you!!
