i want to know how many points do i need to have fair credit, right now i have 548 points and im trying to raise my score. I paid off all my debts & now im starting from scratch. What should i do???

Paying off ALL your debt may actually lower your score. On the other hand, if you have no payments, you have MONEY. If you have money, why do you need credit?
