You could still get a wedding gown, though if you arent having a big wedding. maybe just go out shopping for a dress you like that makes you feel beautiful. maybe a more simple wedding gown or just a pretty flowy dress. go to the mall and look around at the department stores or even go to bridal shops and ask their opinions. bring a friend along for a second opinion. Certainly NOT a fancy white wedding dress. Just go with a nice dress or tailored suit that you like.

Wear whatever you're comfortable in. A white or colored dressy dress, a slacksuit, a business suit, even an informal wedding dress. I wouldn't go too sexy, not too short, no boobs out.

TO BE HONEST WITH YOU, IF IT'S YOUR 2ND WEDDING AND YOU ARE HAVING IT @ THE COURT HOUSE IT MEANS YOU ARE NOT TRYING TO GO ALL OUT FOR IT THIS TIME. GIRL TO JC PENNY AND FIND YOU A NICE FORMAL DRESS, NICE SHOES, GET YOUR HAIR AND NAILS DONE AND CALL IT A DAY. GOOD LUCK ON YOUR SPECIAL DAY.

Personally I would stir clear of tradtional wedding gowns and opt for a white suit or a cocktail dress...........

Since it's at a Courthouse you are not going to want a big gown with a long train. However you can still wear a wedding dress. There are tea length and informal ones that work well for 2nd marriages. Here are some ideas:
