If it's people and the things that they are saying, then maybe you should go somewhere alone and just relax. Watch a funny movie, listen to calming music, play games online/chat w/others online.
Just don't hurt yourself please!!

Ask for help, either from a parent, friend, counselor or doctor. There are also hot lines that you can call. Try meditation, a hot bath or shower if the feeling is something you think you can control at the moment but find someone to talk too for the future. And remember that hurting yourself can turn a temporary problem into something permanent. Good luck.

Talk 2 some1 U trust, that U know loves U like a family member or close friend. Don't be put off. Let them know it's serious and you need their full attention. Do you know what it is that's getting to you? You are going to have to talk about it. Or at least try.

A lot of people have these feelings. I know I have in the past and it feels like you're the only one when you don't talk about it. If you can't talk to a friend or a family member, then choose someone you feel safe with.

I try meditation and deep breathing therapy. Also get away from the situation that is causing this feeling. I found out this works after many years of being an emo, i had a problem with cutting myself to take the pain away. Doesn't really help, just makes scars that you have to wear and explain later in life.

Most of the time it's a threat that means I want attention. Otherwise I'd snap and hurt myself before I gave you that warning, not seriously maybe, but enough of a warning that you'd know to do something before I hurt myself too badly the next time.

i went through this last year, its really not as bad as it seems, find a good friend, let it all out to them. get out of your house, go somewhere new, try something new, try and do something to make yourself smile each day, even if its something small like listen to your favourite song. n mostly rember your not alone, so many people get down and think about hurting themselves, i honestly thought i would never be happy again, but if you stick it out you'll surprise yourself with how strong you are and how much light is at the end of the tunnel... good luck

I like to listen to music and self better my self. For example when a 3 year realtionship went sour because she was a selfish person i lifted alot. I also read and made myself a better person. By listing to music and making my self better i felt alot better along with acturally being better off.

Oh my God! Please don't hurt yourself! You won't solve anything that way! Talk to anyone in a medical capacity fast! You need some medicine to calm you down and straighten out your mind. You're not in a state like that for no reason! Please see a doctor now! There's help available and there's no need to be suffering like you are! Please go get some care for yourself!
