The stye is usually an ingrown lash that has become infected. The little red ball is blood and puss and will dissipate on it's own once the lash has fallen out or been removed by you.

When you have a stye its a little red ball but when you remove it nothing should be there. If you are trying to get it to go away try damp hot compresses. Other than that go see a doc

I've had styes but never removed one. I let it resolve itself. I thought styes were an infection and you can't remove that. It seems to me it would really hurt. Maybe you should see the eye doctor.

I get styes all the time. Theres really not much you can do about it. You probably have one. If it botheres you alot you can go to a drug store and get soothing eye drops which helps (2 in the styed eye per 3 hours works for me). They can get painful. If it starts feeling like there's gravel in your eye especially when you blink, go to the doctor and you can get some perscribed eye drops.

It is a pimple. Try soaking a towel in hot water and putting it on your eye with the lid closed. Next time wash your hands before touching your eyes.

i didn't know you could actually remove a sty, usually an eye sty must heal on it's own. It usually takes about a week.
