Could all the moisture that gives us our rainfall be going out the hole in the ozone layer, and that is why we are having such drastic droughts.

The hole in the ozone is not related to droughts.

Where would the moisture be "going out" to?

You really don't seem to have much of a grasp of this topic, so maybe you could do a little research and check out what the term "hole in the ozone" actually refers to..

in some parts of the planet yeas it does casue droughts but not only cause of a hole in the ozone it is also lack of humidity but it the ozone keeps on disapering like this it could become a real problem
