i feel kinda sick wat medicine or method should i use

any antihistamine but majority of them make you sleep you can take a cold medicine for your runny nose and the best think for water eyes are eye drops

Take Airborne or Emergen-C 3 times a day to reduce severity and duration.

hot water with freshly squeezed lemon in it 3 times a day. may sound like an old wives tale but it actually works!
