No, a purebred Pit bull wouldn't have purple spots on his tongue. There must be some Chow Chow in him. If you are the buyer, ask for a pedigree of the pup. If you are the seller, do not try to fool people in buying "rare purple spotted purebred Pits".

i have never seen a purebred pit with spots on its tongue but hey im not miss know everything about pits

Any dog may have purple spots on it's tongue. I say MAY have. Thats common with all breeds.

i would get this dog checked sometimes this is parvo and sometimes they are just there
