Filter Tab > Sharpen > Unsharp Mask

See if you can find a book on it or open the program and click the help button. You might also find an on-disk tutorial.

For books, I go to www.amazon.com. Look for the link for books, then look for used books. I have purchased many used books here and all received so far are new or in like-new condition.
