When an infection carrying organism gains entry either through the blood stream or an open wound & is able to multiply & set up an infection of the skin & underlying tissue it is called cellulitis,merely drinking coffee could never cause this.

no, by sitting around and not working off the fat you keep consuming will give you cellulite.
