Aveeno has a new face wash and face moisturizer that is gentle and helps to even out skin tone. I have been really impressed with the results of their products.

umm well its probably from some kind of wash or gel you use on your face...some kind of cream maybe. I would suggest not using in that spot that it is blotchy with. And covergirl stick helps. But not for the whoel face becuase your skin needs to breathh!!
