My Grandmother had 14 Children. After my Grandfather died and the house burned down she lived with first one and then another and some hardly ever or never, depending on them not her.
My Mother used to say when I was little (I can hear her still)
A Mother can take care of 14 children but 14 children can't take care of one Mother.
Don't you think that is a strange thing for me at 76 to remember ?
I took as good of care of my Mother as I could and I don't regret a moment. No matter what you do, you can never do to much.

I am caring for my mother now. She and I talk aften about her wants and her needs. As long as she is able to stay in her home she will but when the time might come that she needs more than I can give her we will look at other options.

Definitely! If it weren't for them, I wouldn't be here. Not only for that reason, just because I love them both very much, and would do anything for them.

Yes, its part of the cycle of life, and they deserve it for everything they have done for me and taught me, and how they raised me. God Bless them,,,,,,,
