It really depends on what caused it.If I get an upset stomach from the wrong food or I'm anxious about something, I'll take a Tums or Rolaid and it works fast.
If you have diarrhea or vomiting Pepto Bismol will work. If you think you may have an ulcer Pepcid will help.How long have you been in pain and exactly where is the pain located? There could be some serious underlying reason for this and if it continues please see a doctor.
