Just ask him if he wants to hang out and go on from there. If you find you don't like the real him or he doesn't like you that way you will probably be less hurt.

the best way for me is to be like "hey, what are you doing friday night? lets hang out." if he seems into it, be like "cool. its a date." and try a kiss at the end of it, if he doesnt kiss you back then you know its a just friends deal. good luck!!

Get into a conversation, find a mutual interest (in our case, it was a certain pizza place) and invite him to join you. Don't be nervous, you can invite anyone to join you anywhere anytime, so what?

get to know him, communicate, flirt with him even! from my experience with girls, they dontlike to ask the guy out, they want the guy to pop the question (not the marriage one lol) just get to know him, and if he is taking too long to ask you, then talkto him about it. communication is the key.
