I assume you have a copy of XP, if so, set your boot up sequence to start with your cd-rom and have the XP disc in the drive when you reboot. It will start the install process and ask you to format your hard drive. When formatting is complete your hard drive will be clean and ready for a fresh clean copy of XP. Make sure you back up anything important because once you format the drive it's all gone.

Uninstall Windows – Reinstall – Format Hard Drive
http://www.cyberwalker.net/faqs/reinstall-reformat-winxp/index.html
How do I reinstall and reformat Windows XP on my hard drive?
With Windows XP, you need to figure out which you have on your hard drive - either NTFS or FAT32. Click here to find that out. (Once you have established this go to step 2a or 2b.)
2a) If you have NTFS, you need to wipe the drive with a special technique. Click here to learn that.
2b) If you have FAT32, you need to wipe the drive with a special technique. Click here to learn that.
3) Next you need to reinstall Windows XP. Reboot your computer with the Windows XP setup CD in the CDROM and let it boot into the Windows Setup screen. Let it load all the drivers. Then choose option 1 and start the clean installation. When it is done, reboot the computer.

Press Tools, go to Delete Browsing History & it'll give you the options to delete everything in the computer. Also do a virus & spyware check to make sure you are totally free of bugs & viruses.

reinstall windows. that's all you can do. you might beable to roll back windows. but that's not gonna work tobe honest because best bet is that you've been using it for sometime now so rolling it back won't help..it only does for a certin period i believe.
