1. I do a moderate workout every single day for an hour.
2. I drink a lot of water, average of three bottles a day, sometimes four or five.
3. I'm not that stressed out, although I technically I should since I am a college student.
4. I tried sleeping 5-6 hours and I'd wake up tired. Sometimes I don't wake up tired, but then after a few hours, I am tired.
5. I tried sleeping 8 hours, and I automatically wake up still tired.
6. For two weeks I took vitamins, I still felt tired.
7. I am 20 years old Asian female, 140 lbs.
8. I eat relatively healthy with fruits and veggies, but I do eat junk food regularly also.

I feel like everything I am doing should prevent fatigue, but I am still always so tired. I already booked an appointment with my doctor but its two weeks away so Id just like some broad theories for now. Thank you.

Two weeks is not enough to take vitamins, they are not pep pills but help your body build tissue etc. keep taking them.
I think stress is a large part of your problem.
Try to get 8 hours of sleep in a dark quiet room.
Please get someone to check if you are snoring, you could have sleep apnea.

Being tired can be linked to many disorders, some simple, some complex. For a woman your age, I would suspect anemia related to diet. You need 18mg of iron a day every day. Vitamins work with food and iron levels take a few months to get to optimal levels if there is a deficiency. Sleep hygeine may also be a problem since you are a student. Establish a good routine like go to bed the same time every night, take a hot bath before retiring, eat a small snack rich in trytophan like turkey with crackers and milk, tuna salad on a slice of whole wheat toast. You can take Benadryl aka diphenhydramine 25 mg 30 minutes prior to bed time. For your weight 50mg would be OK. Your quality of sleep may affect whether you are fatiqued or not. It will take a couple of weeks to get the sleeping pattern established. When trying to establish good sleeping habits, don't give up after 2 weeks. Cut out caffeine after 4 pm. I hope you feel better soon.
