Why are the military such cowards?

Why do soldiers cry whenever the Iraqis get some new weapons to even up the fight?

I wouldn't enlist not out of fear but I object to defending you idiots or defending the warcriminals already over there.

The American Soldier needs no eulogy from you or from any other man. He has written his own history and written it in red on his enemy's breast. But when I think of his patience under adversity, of his courage under fire, and of his modesty in victory, I am filled with an emotion of admiration I cannot put into words.

Cowards? Even up the fight? Even with their EFP IEDs (a very small percentage of IEDs), the fight isn't even and the terrorists are still being slaughtered at a ratio of about 100:1. The US Military is still finding and disarming most IEDs.

What evidence do you have that military folks are cowards?

I would be willing to be that were you placed in any dangerous situation (such as being faced with a vicious wombat) you would first wet yourself, and second, curl into a ball and begin whimpering for your mommy - or for a soldier to come and save you.

And see...That's the difference between those of us who are Soldiers (or Sailors, Marines, or Airmen) - we DON'T object to defending spoiled little twits like you. We defend those who NEED it, whether they are what WE deem 'worthy' or not. So enjoy your freedom to sit in Mommy's basement, eat her Doritos and type crap into your computer. Better men and women than you could ever aspire to be are on the lines making sure you can continue to do so.

Military Soldiers are cowards? I don't get this. They are over here defending their country for freedom and you are going to call them cowards. We are fighting so you can say this about us. Soldiers don't cry when Iraqi's get some new weapon; they cry when the Iraqi's new weapon kills the guy right next to them. The one that they have been fighting in combat with. I wouldn't call Military Soldiers cowards. I would call the ones that don't support them cowards.

Our soldiers do NOT cry when ever the Iraqi terrorists get some new(used) weapons. WE DO cry when a comrade is maimed or killed, WE cry when the see kids in abject poverty, WE cry when they are dumped for one of you drugged out civilians.
The MILITARY COWARDS as you call them have fought, been wounded, maimed and died so people like YOU can bad mouth them and don't have to be punished. They have fought, been wounded, maimed and died to keep people free in other countries. I lost "COWARDLY" twin uncles who were fighting to keep the South Koreans FREE. THAT'S COWARDLY? You need an attitude adjustment. Just be thankful this America isn't like SOME countries where by bad mouthing the military you disappear one night and are never seen again. You don't have the cajones to go up to a U.S. Marine and ask him " WHY ARE THE MILITARY SUCH COWARDS?" I'd say some other things but you'd go crying to those yahoos in YAHOO and report me. They are not coward. They are not fighting for the country. They are fighting for bush who is pushing this war. Otherwise there would be no war. If you think they are coward. you should go there and try to fight.
nobody wins there, it war one party looses less where as other looses more.
90% of Iranian belong to Shia and 8% to Sunni and rest are other few different religion. Iran is very strong and powerful. America tried to scare Iran with attacking Iraq. They are little afraid but they are more stronger than Iraq.They have some weapons that can reach quite far.
Here is very interesting thing though. extreme christians and extreme muslims are in that region. Some day they ll fight and all these extreme with die. And there will be peace.

Let me tell you something our military are not cowards!!! Are you in the military? My husband is and i tell you something he is one of the bravest guys I know..He is over there now and i tell you I never here him cry or wine or anything like that..He is over there doing his job..And you should show some respect for all those men and women that serve.I really think you are a idot...I hate when ppl say bad things about the military..Me and my kids are very proud of my husband..Dont get me wrong i wish he was home right now and i worry to death about him every min of the day. But i know he does this for me and our kids..Being in the military is not a easy life..and as a family member it is really tuff..You sit by the phone and the computer and hope to hear that he is ok..I see my kids cry for there dad and all i can tell them is that he is safe and that he loves them and he is doing this for all of us..and then there are ppl like you that are just plain out stupid...I think you are the one that is a coward...I don't see you over there putting your life in danger...

Frankly, the military is made of people with emotions. They cry when Iraq gets new weapons because that is more potential for more casualties (dead people). Iraqi retaliation is only to be expected, so I see what you are getting at. It's just that they are afraid of being blown up.

Here is a clue. Soldiers don't cry, they weep. They weep for their fallen comrades who they may hold, watching them die. They weep in frustration for having their hands tied due to political correctness instead of kicking the s h i t out of the enemies of freedom. Finally, they weep at the stupidity of some people who just end up making their jobs harder, their time away from their families longer and the distance from home longer.
