I work with a girl I like alot but I can't do anything crazy for Valentines day for her so I was think of just sticking some of those conversation heart things in her bag so when she goes to lunch she opens her bag to find them . I know she loves them because she was talking about how she loves them the other day. I don't feel like doing anything crazy to show this girl I like her, so I was wondering if this is not too lame?

I want to help you. It is all too rare for guys to do even small things like this! Back in my time (I'm in my fourties you know), well more guys were romantic than now. Be the black sheep. Why not attach a card with that and give it to her in person? It will surely get her heart to melt. It may make your heart thump and your hands a bit sweaty but hey its what the feeling love gives you. Just do it man! I hope you do. Its not lame! As the girls would say "its sweet" You know what I did for my wife in college for Valentine's? I went up to the mountains and we watched the sun set. I was a complete gentleman and drove her back home...never touched her, not even one kiss. Got her flowers and as I left the door, she ran to me and hugged and kissed me. She fell into my arms and we now we are growing old together. Is that lame now? Well, in either case, good luck!

This is very cute! Maybe add a card saying, "Happy Valentine's Day" or something simple. What a great idea to get your foot in the door.

I think that is very sweet. But if you are wanting something other than friendship with her you might want to add a note or an invite to go out sometime. Show her you are more than sweet you are interested.

I don't know about lame. It might be obvious you never know. Just tell her you like her. Or give her the candy and a card and tell her how you feel. She may find out soon enough that you like her.

Just make sure they say the right things. We girls read a lot into everthing, so be careful what they say. I don't think it is lame at all.

If you know that she likes them...go for it. I think it's a cute gesture. Maybe pick out a few of them that say what you'd like to say, maybe with a small note too....Good Luck

no, i find it to be thoughtful, and I think she will to. Make sure you write on the box that they are from you--there isno risk there, it isn't something crazy, plus you will get the credit for making her smile. Good Luck 8-)

I don't think it is. She'll probably think it's real cute and thank you for it (if you let her know it was you of course). Sometimes the less extravagent things work better.
