My doctors office called me today with the results of a MRI & small intestines and they said that I have a right portal vein occlusion. I really wnat to know what this is and how to treat it. I will be calling the doctor tomarrow but we all know how that goes. I was upset with the lady because I had asked her about this and she didnt know and the doctor had alread left for the evening. I want to be able to sleep easy tonight. Thanks

Occlusion is blockage.

can you fix this tonight? no. You will know tomorrow what's what about it, yes? I'd get at least 8 hrs sleep, go light on eating / drinking, Watch TV as usual - skip the news hours.

It will not likely kill you tonight.
