ever since i had a very bad experince smoking a large amount of cannabis things havent been the same. FIrst of all the experince itself with canabis put my mind totally out of reality which was a terriable thing to go through because for about 5 hours I thought i had gone insane. Since this experince, evrey night when im in my bed awake with my eyes closed trying to go to sleep my mind starts to put me in the same terriable feeling that I went through while on cannabis. Evreything seems to zoom in and out and i wont no where i am or who i am and it really sucks. Although, sometimes this doest happen when my mind is completely off this memory, but i still can figure out what this is im going through.

No it's not Schizophrenia; it's just a hangover reaction to the drugs you were on. To make sure go to Yahoo! search and type in "schizophrenia symptoms." A number of links will come up most giving the symptoms of schizophrenia. Wikipedia gives a good rundown.

The experience will probably wear off with time but don't do it again!

You're not schizophrenic, you were just stoned and now you're freaked out about it. From the experience you describe, it sounds more like your cannabis was laced with a different drug - which could leave you in a stupor like you feel now, kind of like how you hear people talk about "acid flashbacks". You're probably ok medically, but talking to a shrink might not be a bad idea.

As a healthcare provider I can tell you that this is not the definition of schizophrenia. However, you should speak to a councelor. An addiction councelor or drug councelor is usually available in most places. At the very least, you have a drug problem.....please get some counceling.

dearest will
please go see a health care provider that can be of some help to you
it does not sound like schizophrenia, but there is a good possibility that you have been affected by this drug that you speak of
take care of yourself and seek professional counsel so that you do not loose another five years

maybe it's not as bad as it seems,
from what you posted your reaction to pot, was etreme fear.
maybe it's panic attacks because as you said it was the first time you felt you'd lost everything that meant you, and stayed scared for hours with that in your mind?things like this, if not dealt with may take more time than needed to get out of,
from what you said, you should see a shrink, he'll be able to help by giving you a foot hold in dealing with this problem.
concider though, panick attacks from fear so bad you couldn't find your way out for hours,
ya think?

if you are not experiencing noises, voices or hollucinations you probably do ot have schizo, but you might have unlocked something that is now causing you to have anxiety or panic attacks, you should go to your dr and explain to them the felings you are having and dont hold back on telling them about the pot so they have a clear veiw of what might be going on..it could be you rae so guilty or scared about smoking it you are panicing...STAY AWAY FROM IT>>IT IS NOT GOOD>>>>
