You can take barley grass. It comes in capsule form at any health store. I swear it works. The normal rate of hair growth is 1/2 inch per month but when I take this my hair grows an inch a month speeding up the process. I also recommend a hair vitamin with at least 1500 micrograms of biotin in it. Good luck!

you can't really make your hair grow faster. you can only have patience and get a regular trim.

they sun always makes my blonde hair blonder. i have heard that lemon juice works good while you are in the sun.

you can't get blonde hair without bleach or tint. lol. not possible my dear.

you also can't grow your hair 'quickly.' what you can do is prevent damage to your hair by using great shampoos and conditioners. one of my favourites is sexy hair concepts soy protein shampoos and conditioners (also come in pumpkin and chocolate flavour!)

regular trims help keep split ends at bay, and keep a style going as you're growing it out. there's nothing worse than hair without style!

good luck and happy hair days

Putting lemon juice in your hair and sitting in the sun will lighten it. I've done it before and it helps.

Switch to a super high protein diet and get lots of rest and exercise.

Your fingernails will grow fast too.

for hair length, better massage with oil in clean hair (not in unwashed hair) and keep it for atleast 2 hrs (the more hrs u keep it the better) and wash it with shampoo. keepdoin it again and again, it will help a lot not only for the length but also for soft and silky hair...
best of luck.....

You might have split ends, try having your split ends trimmed and maybe it will grow longer
