Also, when I burn these RW discs, some peole can see them on their computers and others cannot.
What can I do to remedy this?

I don't know exactly how to fix this but on my dvd burner I have to "format" it or I can only watch it on the dvd burner :o( Formatting it allows the disc to be read by other dvd players and computers... Mine said to "format" it in the directions so i'm not sure how to find out how to fix yours :o( I hope someone else does...

sounds like your burner is happening some trouble, unless it is specificly made to work for RW only it should be able to write all writeable DVD. As far as why they are read in some and why not in other all depends on the DVD player. Because there are 4 different DVD types, R+ ,R- ,AUDIO ,RW so not all players can play all types. There is now real way to solve this problem other than to get a professional DVD machine. Sorry.

Chances are you haven't set the region key for your DVD player. You can do this by going into Control Panel -> System -> Hardware -> Device Manager, finding your DVD drive, double-clicking and going to the DVD region tab. The region number can be found on Wikipedia if you're unsure.

4 finished 2 pcs a million dvd participant a million pastime equipment (The cat loves the dvd participant. She sits in the front of it listening to it whirl. and infrequently tries to play with the tray even as it pops out.) lol ***Wait, the Wii performs them too? i wager I ought to search for advice from the three inch guide. If it does, then 5. :)

Nothing. Rewriteable DVD's don't work on every system. That's why the experts say you should get the R-DVD's, not the RW-DVD's.
