I am 14 and a freshmen and I have a big problem, I really like this girl "Grace" but the other day another kid at school told people he likes her but did not ask her out. Should I ask her out or lose her? I have never had a girlfriend before and if I ask her out what should we do on the first "date". I really like Grace but I don't want to look at her from afar for the rest of high school. Please Help me decide weather to ask her out or let her go.

OK is this other kid a friend of yours?, for if so then find a diff rent girl cause it's BRO's Before Ho's or at least that is what my guy friends always say but if he is someone that you just know but not a friend then I WOULD SAY GO FOR IT! and get yourself a Valentines date where you go to a movie and then get something to eat before or after the movie and don't forget to buy her a rose you can get a single rose at a gas station or at a dollar store it's not the amount it's the thought, also on the date be yourself and things should go great. first, understand that you can't lose something you don't have. Second, I think you need to slow down and try to take things a little less serious as you are only fourteen. You have a long life ahead and there will be so many others you will meet who, when compared to this one, might be far better for you so don't try to fall too deep too fast. My advice to you is to ask her out and maybe take her to a zoo or a park where you can both enjoy time together (people like to suggest movies but it occupies your time and you spend more time paying attention to the movie than the other person). This way you can both talk and see where you stand when it comes to her and your compatibility. Remember, one step at a time. Believe me, women like when you do nice things that are out of the ordinary yet kool.

You have nothing to lose by asking her out. I would recommend taking her to a movie for a first date and maybe a burger place afterwards. Many blessings.

Well I think you should ask her out. What do you have to loose? The worst thing she could do is say no, then atleast you want have to feel like you do everyday worrying.

ask her 2 go to a movie- it's simple, nonexpensive, and can really start somethin up in the last row in the back corner ;)

go for it. and on the first date go to the movies or the mall ,do something simple so that she doesn't feel like you're rushing into the relationship.

you should ask her out. if she says yes, take her to a resturaunt but make sure you have enough money on you to pay for the WHOLE bill. you will NOT split the bill with her like you do with your buds.
