I don't happen to know a lot of people who have gone to Bob Jones University, but my friend had a son who graduated from there. He went on to a secular college and did very well. I have relatives who went to private schools who took top honors in secular schools from music to sports, science and other areas.
These people knew how to work, and got jobs that paid well.
