Not me, my daughter has three kids from this man she married him. One 3 year old and twins 2 years old. He quit working, and hangs out with friends and smokes crack. Now he's in the city mission. He should go to jail and they should make him get a job or go to jail. he need to support his kid's.

She left him a year ago. But she does not go after him for child support. She has four other children from another marriage.

A person can't go to jail because he won't by food for his kids. And if he's buying crack soon he will get caught in go to jail. I know he wrong. But right now this person not in his right mind, he's sick. And right now you don't know how to deal with that. Your best bet for you in these kids is to leave this person alone. You really can't do nothing for this person. Don't expect him to buy anything except crack. Drugs in being on drugs is a sickness. In the only way out is though God in drug rehabs. You can't just quilt on your own. Do I think he loves his kids yes I do, but again he's sick. I don't know if you can understand that. I know it all to well. I was on drugs for 20yrs of my life. I been clean for 11yrs now. Drugs are very evil in they control you. You see this person is not in the right mind. You need to prey for him, not chew him out. I know it's his fault that he got on it, but now he's addicted and he can't stop. If he can stop on his own or any other drug addicted trust me they would. But they need help. Right now the best thing for you to do is you and his kids stay away from him. It's not good for these kids to see there father like this. If the kids really need food go get food stamps. It's not embarrassing at least the kids will have food in that's the main thing right now.

The liberals have made the jails to good for him...leave him on the street. But, get a restraining order so he can't come around house or the kids. If he cleans up you can drop restraining.

Yes he should,but its your daughters job to have enough sense to leave hi,and take his *** for child support.If he does not get a job or if he does,probably gonna spend it all on crack,but if she does that he can go to jail for child support,but unless someone calls the cops on him to report him using legal drugs,he won't go to jail for crack.It's basically your daughter's decision to step her game up & dump the crackhead.

First of all why is your daughter with this guy in the first place!i really don't understand!if he smokes crack and doesn't support his kids or his wife (your daughter)then she deserves better than that and he should go to jail.he's not helping her at all and even if deep down she still loves him that's okay but don't deal with it and think about your kids first!!

Drop kick him first, then maybe jail, after jail some rehab in some deserted place would be perfect.

If he is into crack it won't do her any good to try for support. He'll never be able to pay it. I She would be better off to forget his involvement at all.

Sounds like your problem lies with your daughter.
She can't find the right one, so she chooses to have four kids with him....then find someone else and has three with him....seven so far? nice.
