Buy her a rose or make her a valentine. Don't go all out or anything, but a simple flower shows you care and is sweet!

buy her a single rose with a cute quote or poem attached to it. and when you give it to her and she looks at you, that's when you can ask her if she would like to go out with you sometime. but ask her out only if she's smiling and looks happy. if she seems wierd and awkward, say you have to go and walk away slowly-dont run away.
