Why are people soooooooooo touchy on this site? I'm all for different views and even a good debate but why do people have to attack everything or turn everything into a debate? This is the question I asked.

I was speaking to people that believe in heaven. I wanted to share these beautiful pictures with whoever wanted to see them. If someone doesn't believe in heaven then why answer it just to start an argument? Why do people have to always voice negativity? There are 10,000 other questions on here that were debate questions. The question wasn't asking if people believed in heaven. Can't people ever just let an issue slide for even one question?

Of course these pictures are of outer space. I was comparing the beauty of them to what heaven might be like.

Sorry they can't let an issue slide. So many people want to prove they are right. Some people just want to rack up points, Some people will continue to do that no matter what, we just need to pray for them. The most natural thing is to respond negatively....the apostle Paul told us, do not let any unwholesome talk come out of our mouth, but only that which will uplift others, that it may benefit those who listen.

Beautiful pictures by the way, thanks for sharing them. I do believe in Heaven too.

I do not believe that it is everyone but it will happen with almost every issue or question. The problem is that though many of us would like to see respectful dialog between different ideologies for the purpose of mutual understanding to promote peace and spiritual enlightenment, we are here with various types of religious fundamentalists and militant atheists that are incapable of such dialog and will intentionally hinder it. We also find jokers who find it funny to say inflammatory things for their own entertainment. Too bad to because really with all of these viewpoints there is a great opportunity to learn if we could stop the nonsense.

I have learned something. You can't have a decent conversation or share things with people here unless you put up with the garbage also. Some of the losers at this site can't help writing crap and being offensive. You have to try to ignore it. It is hard and I still have problems with it too. You learn who to ignore by their names. Good luck. I'm sorry there are so many crappy people in the world.

The only why satan has to attack Chirstians is to use those that don't believe, and they don't even know that he is using them. So cheer up Heaven is a beautiful place and we know that if others don't, one day they will but it will be to late for them. The only thing we can do is pray that they see the light before the darkness comes.

I agree. They should not have put you or your beliefs down like that. I am an agnostic....but I believe in freedom of religion. I don't think people should put others down for believing in something different. I guess they just thought you were trying to push your beliefs of heaven and God onto them, so they got defensive.
I apologize on their behalf. They call Christians intolerant, but they are hypocrites because most of them are just as intolerant of any form of theism, especially Christianity.

I find the comment by Norteamer offensive why doesn't he/she keep off of the site. It's called a free country......get over it! Everyone on this site has a right to their opinion. If someone wants to share something they find is beautiful then so be it.

I don't know why people are so touchy, but I agree with you. Frankly, I think it's the freedom of anonymity given by the Internet. People can and do say things here they would never have the courage to say to your face. Thank you for the pictures. They're beautiful.

Unfortunately, my friend, there are many who have engaged in a personal anti-religion crusade, and is in this very space of religion where they come to try to destroy that which they can't conceive in their souls, and they think: "if I don't believe in it, if my can't see it, and i can't conceive in it...then nobody else has the right to do it"

This is nothing new, we will always have those whose god is themselves and their own little finite human reason. Which should make us think: Are they really as nihilist as they claim to be? can they go as far as deniying any tipe or being or existence? Where does atheism lead to? look at today's world and we will see the answer.

I respect those who attack religion because they are vested with the same human dignity that we all have and is sacred, but I don't like their hostility, whcih, everytime they do it, they don't realize that they are actually looking for God and yearning for him in their hearts, even if they lost hope that He is there, they'd wish they could talk to him and love him.

But those who don't want no God because that will subject them to obedience to His law, and prefer to do his own way, they have not rationalized wether they believe God exists or not, they just want to do their own thing, and oh believe me, they have already had their fill. But happy those who persevere because they will receive eternal joy.
