Does anyone know of a program that lets me add backgrounds to my babies photos? I hate taking her in she never smiles for them.

Any graphics program will do this, it is a matter of knowing how to use the available tools to do it. Also, it will be much easier to do if you photograph her with a plain coloured backdrop ... like a medium-light blue sheet, and some good lighting.

The programs below are completely free:

There should be some excellent tutorials online, and there is an inexpensive series of books called "In Easy Steps", $10 each, which has some books on how to edit photo's. You can get them at Barnes and Noble or at http://www.ineasysteps.com . One of the best is the Digital Scrapbooking one, it has a lot of basic editing information in it. If you go to a Barnes and Noble store, you can look through and see if one appeals to you.
