I want to tell him but im kinda scared of rejection.

Tell him push your pride aside. If it wasnt meant to be it wont happen. Finding out will allow you to move on with either him or your next interest. You need to overcome your fears and phobias.

I know how you feel and I`ve been in your same situation but lf you have a really good friend you can ask someone to just strike up a conversation with the guy and say " hey what do you think about that girl right there" and see what he says, but remember dont get to full on the feelings you have for him because your a girl and first of all girls are better than guys and you can always find someone else, always plenty of fish in the sea

I'd advise you to be pretty sure he likes you too before making a move, or better yet to wait for him to make a move.
Have you talked tot him yet? Do you know him? Are you friends?
I'd advise you to get to know him better.
But it's Valentine's day, so you could always make him a card, why not? If you're fairly confident about this whole thing :)

well, how old r u?
it does make a difference
try 2 become friends with him
flirt, talk, get 2 no him
then, if u start getting more than just a friend vibe from him, ask him out, or something

Just tell him how you feel!! Take chances life is to short to live with fear of rejection or fear of anything!! If he says he doesn't like you that why than oh well there are more guys out there.

Go up to the front of classtake off your shirt and anything else underneath and yell whatever hiis name out and tell the whole class that you wanna fukkk him really really hard and fast

ask him out, if you get rejected just means your probably not his type. and it shouldn't hurt your feelings. but even if it does
atleast you'll know for sure he's not interested

You could ask your friends to ask him out and if he says no then have your friends tell him that they were just joking.
