i just ran 2 miles and my thighs are really sore, how do i relieve my pain?

Hot bath and eat a banana, Stretches and flexes.

The pain is from lactic acid in your muscles. What works for me:

1. Sitting in a jetted tub of water for at least 30 minutes;
2. Using my massager on the affected muscles (or massaging with my hands).

Try a hot bath, or if you have a hottub, that works great! Also, you can try Ben Gay for sore muscles. Try massaging the sore areas, to help.

Take Tylenol for the pain and try some icy/hot patches.

grit your teeth and bare it, if this is something new for you oh you have not felt pain yet wait until tomorrow -hee hee. LOL

There is some creamy type stuff its colour is blue called icy hot.
