I want to add on a room that is about 10 by 11 to my room.How much would it run me?

It deoends what area you live in , what floor are you on, what condition is the current building you live in, what are the codes for building in your are. You don't give that much info. but an addition can run you about $40 to $8o dollars a square foot.

70 to 80 dollars a foot i think not try 120 dollars a foot, i kid you not. and that is only in kansas, i don't even want to think about california or new yawk.

Are you doing the work yourself or are you having a contractor do it, do it yourself cost aprox. $750.00 contractor $1500-$2500
