abortion is not the unpardonable sin.
The blasphemy against the Holy Spirit can only be committed when anti-christ is on Earth and the Holy Spirit wishes to speak through someone in the cloven tongue of Pentecost. This outpouring of the Holy Spirit is the principle reason some people are here and those who are so honored (the elect chosen before the foundation of this world age) must not refuse the Holy Spirit at that time to speak through them. This language will be understood by everyone clearly without the need for translation or interpretation as it was at Pentecost.
No one has committed the unpardonable sin since anti-christ has not yet arrived. Nor will it ever happen since those who will be so honored are fully prepared for that time and purpose. Amen.

Jesus said that the ONLY sin that was unpardonable was to blaspheme against the Holy Spirit. From the context surrounding that scripture, it would appear that ascribing the works and miracles done by the Holy Spirit, to the power and evil intent of the Devil, constitutes blasphemy against the Holy Spirit.
No, abortion is NOT an unpardonable sin, though it angers and grieves the heart of God to see a defenseless child being slaughtered; it can, however, be forgiven, if one repents of having had it done to their unborn child.

The unpardonable sin that can not be forgiven is blasphemy against the Holy Spirit....which means God doing something very good, knowing that and saying that the Devil did it. And usually people that reach that point are beyond willingness to repent.
Suicide is usually unforgivable because once you're dead, you don't have a chance to repent.
Abortion is considered murder, but God forgives murder.....If you repent you can still ask for forgiveness, God will forgive....You may need counseling though to be able to forgive yourself.

The Bible tells us what the unpardonable sin is. Mark 3:22-30 and Matthew 12:31-33 tells us that "blasphemy against the Holy Spirit" is the unpardonable sin. what's the Holy Spirit's pastime? To convict us of sin. (John 16:8; a million Corinthians 2:12-14; Acts 7:fifty one) And if we confess our sins, God is dedicated and easily to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. (a million John a million:9) yet when we continuously reject the promptings of the Holy Spirit as He convicts us of sin, we may be able to't be forgiven because we are rejecting forgiveness and the saving reward of the gospel ... we are no longer soliciting for forgiveness ... we are rejecting God's loose present of salvation. And as one maintains in this rejection, he hardens his coronary heart further and further, till he no longer discerns the Holy Spirit convicting him of sin and he feels no opt to express regret. briefly, the unpardonable sin is the only for which forgiveness is not in any respect requested for and not in any respect received. because it really is written, "you have not because you ask no longer." that's real of forgiveness to boot as something else.

The Bible tells us what the unpardonable sin is....It is against the Holy Spirit.
The HS does 3 primary things.
1. Leads us to Jesus, The Word, And the Law.
If we do not love and follow the "truth" the Holy Spirit leads us to, we can not be saved.
2. Reproves us of sin, judgment and righteousness. If we reject this knowledge, God rejects us. Sin is when we see the truth and the Spirit reproves us and we refuse to obey.
If we willfully sin after receiving the truth, there is no more sacrifice for our sin. We commit the unpardonable sin.
3. The Holy Spirit leads us to baptism into ONE body of believers. One Lord, one faith, one baptism. One fold and one shepherd.
The Bible clearly says taht all kinds of sin and blasphemy will be forgiven.
All manner of sin and blasphemy will be forgiven. The Blasphemy or sin against the Holy Ghost will not. (see Matthew 12:31)
The work of the Holy Spirit is to convict me of sin and to guide me into all truth. The Holy Spirit is God's agency for conversion. Without the HS no one feels sorrow for sin, nor is anyone ever converted.
When convicted of sin by HS we must confess it so we can be forgiven. God then forgives us and cleanses us from all our unrighteousness.
If we grieve the Holy Spirit by blaspheming him He will leave us. Then we will be lost because we have no whay of knowing where we are in life spiritually.
Our continual desire to turn a deaf ear to the HS results in our getting left alone and without hope.
I hope this is worded so you can understand it. I am sometimes at a loss for the right wording.

The unforgivable sin is permanently rejecting Jesus Christ.
Mark 12:31-32 - Therefore I say to you, every sin and blasphemy will be forgiven men, but the blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven men. Anyone who speaks a word against the Son of Man, it will be forgiven him; but whoever speaks against the Holy Spirit, it will not be forgiven him, either in this age or in the age to come".

The unpardonable sin is non-repentance of life's sin or just
non-Christianity. One unpardonable sin is forsaking God. Abortion is murder and murder is against the Ten Commandments. God will pardon it but He can tell if you are serious or not. If you're not serious, He won't pardon your asking of forgiveness. Don't have an abortion or you might as well grab YOUR baby and slice it's head off.

DEAR LA These people are right when they say it is blaspheming the holy spirit, but what does THAT mean. Here it is if you want the exact TRUTH. There are people that are put on this earth to be brought before the phony Christ to be converted into believing he is the real Christ. They are supposed to witness against this phony . But they are not to premeditate beforehand what to say because in that hour God will put into their minds what they are supposed to say. But if they say something other than what God has put in their minds to say. then that is the only unpardonable sin and will not be forgiven in this world or the world to come. God bless you! ps i give DAVID P. a BIG thumbs up he got it in ONE . and the man who TEACHES on shepard's chapel in my estimation is one of God's elect.

Matthew 12:31 “Therefore I say to you, every sin and blasphemy will be forgiven men, but the blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven men."
Contextually, Jesus said this to Pharisees who accused Him of performing miracles by the power of HaSatan (Satan, the adversary). The broader understanding of this verse is: if you deny the power of the Holy Spirit (i.e. refuse to repent and be saved) and deny His power as unGodly, you will die in your sins. Anyone who dies a sinner CANNOT be saved.
All the sins you mentioned are forgiveable, provided the person has accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior AND devoted his or her life to following Him.

Blasphemy of the Holy Spirit is the unpardonable sin. (Jesus teaches this.)
However, suicide is murder and once you've done it you can't ask for forgiveness.
Matt. 12:30 “Anyone who isn’t with me opposes me, and anyone who isn’t working with me is actually working against me.
31 “So I tell you, every sin and blasphemy can be forgiven—except blasphemy against the Holy Spirit, which will never be forgiven. 32 Anyone who speaks against the Son of Man can be forgiven, but anyone who speaks against the Holy Spirit will never be forgiven, either in this world or in the world to come.
