I sometimes go to local shows where they play metal. They play it super loud, and it seems like they turn the speakers all the way up or something.

Well, sometimes, when the guy sings/screams into the microphone, or he plays a sudden chord on the guitar, I feel like I just got hit with something invisible, and it disorients me. And my vision gets darker and stuff, and it sometimes seems hard to maintain consciousness.

Am I the only one who reacts to loud, sudden noises like this?

Your body will pass out when it can no longer tolerate its surroundings. Could be heat, noise, whatever.

I think you may have become aware of what is documented as mass hysteria.
There are so many fools, who in the Ecstasy of their inferior brains, just accept the nonsense,
hey they can be the Mensa's elite.
once you allow (it) no matter the fun
"someone else is leading you astray,, it may not make sense. but your lost"
PS:: did you notice that after (several days) no sex !!
Have you ever heard of " subliminal " = existing or operating below the threshold of consciousness.
God love and protect you.
That it just three of us???

Sounds like you have peripheral vertigo. Peripheral vertigo is imbalance or dizziness caused by something effecting your acoustic nerve and/or inner ear. You should probably go to your doctor to get diagnosed properly.
