HI I got an email, and dont know if its real. If it is, it sounds cool because I do build systems, but I dont want to risk the money. especially not if its illegal!!
look at it for yourself:

Hello,
It has come to my attention that you might have an interest in
purchasing the operating system Windows VISTA Ultimate version.

I am selling Windows VISTA (32bit/64bit) all on one DVD,the complete
version. What I have is not the retail store bought version, but is the same
one that Microsoft gives out at IT Professional Conference Meetings
to any Engineer/Sales who invited to come to them in Europe & The Far East.
Because it does NOT have the "Activation" policy files attached to
the disk,it was not sold to the public, rather it is simply used to
promote business with System Builders (Engineer/Sales who invited
to showed up at the meetings-this is a regular practice of Microsoft
to promote business).

It is not a beta version, trial version,pre-release or anything

like
that. And although this is a copied DVD and not an official Microsoft
disk,it works exactly the same, and has many more benefits.Since it
has no activation files,it can be installed unlimited times on as
many computers as you like. There are NO restrictions what-so-ever.

However, there would be NO Web Based Support from MICROSOFT(because
it wasn't bought directly from them). That works the same with any
pre-installed program from Compaq or Dell, etc.

Also note, that Microsoft states on their web site-Registration for
windows xp pro is..."Completely Optional".It's all up to you! This
version can be updated at any time via windows update(just the same
as a retail version).

This is Windows VISTA (32BIT/64BIT) all on one DVD,the latest full
version, and as such, it can be used to upgrade from an existing
operating system,or it can also be used to perform a "clean" installat
ion on a blank hard drive.

Windows Vista, the next generation OS from Microsoft i

is now RTM.
This DVD includes both the 32Bit and 64Bit versions of Vista on one
DVD. It is bootable into either the 32Bit or 64Bit setup

I'd be willing to sell it to you for a very low price of $40.-
plus a small shipping & handling fee .If you include Office 2007 System
with it, I'll include free shipping for a total of $60.- us dollars.

You simply cannot beat this offer. This would cost you $299.-
plus tax in any store, or $600.- for both items, and you can only
install the store bought version on one computer. Again, there are NO
limitations or restrictions with this version(other than the web
based support, but who uses that anyways.)

If you want to purchase Windows VISTA ($40.-) or Office 2007
($40.-) or BOTH PROGRAMS ($60.-) ), email me with your shipping
address and inform me which item you want, and I'll send it to you
in advance. You will receive it in 4-8 business days (sent from
outside the United States) and check it out for fre

THis rather obviously falls under the category of TGTBT: Too Good To Be True.

It's an illegal copy. Forward your e-mail to the FBI, ICE, and ICCC. http://www.usdoj.gov/criminal/cybercrime/reporting.htm

I would say that this is one of those deals that sound too good to be true, so it likely is. I would go and buy it from a legal seller.

I have serious doubts that it it legit. I would not send them any information at all. Looks like a scam to get access to your paypal account.
