Your body is telling you to hydrate it! Maybe you're getting sick...

Could be a lot of different reasons. Maybe the weather is changing. Maybe you've been eating saltier food. Maybe you're fighting off a minor infection (or getting a bladder infection). If you have a slight cold, your body will need more fluid to make up the fluid it loses through mucous.

There are lots of other variables that can make you want water. Just make sure you're getting the 8 glasses a day, and you should be fine. Only if you start noticing other strange symptoms, like an urge to urinate when you don't really have to go, or if you start getting dizzy spells, should you go get yourself checked out.

You should go to the doctor and get a test for diabetes, sometimes feeling thirsty all the time is an indicator of diabetes. It doesn't matter how old you are or what you weigh, diabetes is an equal opportunity disease. It wouldn't hurt to rule it out at least.

Thirst is a symptom of a lot of things, including diabetes.
But most likely, your body needs more water. So drink more water or juice (try to avoid soda) and if that doesn't cure it in the next day or so, go see your doctor.

Maybe you are having too much salt with your food, or you are not drinking enough water... dry weather make us dehydrate faster, so try drinking more water.
