The start of a sore throat leads to much worse later on such as the flu, bronchitis, etc...

I have found this website that cures sore throats. I know because I just had one horribly painful sore throat 3 days ago and this worked so great I have to recommend it to everyone.

I read many pages of this site and through it developed a tea to cure sore throats and kill harmful bacteria and viruses.

This is my tea:
1 cup boiling hot water
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper (very important!)
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbp honey
1/2 lemon, squeezed
add a herbal tea bag for taste (Traditional Medicinals Tea is excellent)

I drank several cups throughout the day. I immediately noticed the difference with the first cup, but to kill the bacteria I continued making the tea on and off all day.

Today is day two and my sinuses are clear, the pain in my throat is gone and I feel 100 percent better.

The only way to know for sure is a culture. It takes a couple days; and so it's usually treated with antibiotics just in case it is. The problem with this approach is the proliferation of penicillin resistant bacteria... and if some thing else is not found soon everyone is in grave danger. This is what's happening in hospitals now. Eating garlic, doing ginger(root) tea, and onions are the most effective anti-virals we have now. There's interferon if you've got a $1000 for a shot.
