If you mean, can you get pregnant while taking the pill, the answer is yes. It's not as likely to happen, but there's still chance.

You can get pregnant while taking the pill - I did about 16 years ago!
1) It is important to take it CONSISTENTLY at the same time every day.
2) If you take any other medications, even for a short time, like antibiotics - ask the pharmacist if it could reduce the pill's effectiveness and use an additional form of birth control when needed.
3) MANY of the newer low-dose pills have been shown to be even LESS effective in general, and some studies show that being overweight might cause the pill to be less effective; so if you don't have problems with side effects, discuss switching to a higher potency.

There is a small chance that you can get pregnant while on the pill. The chance increases if you miss a day or take the pills wrong. If you get pregnant while on the pill you need to stop taking them immediately. They can harm the baby.

yes you can. i did twice. Antibodics cause something where the pill does not work up to 90 days my Dr said . It is 90 days just to be safe so if you are ever on a antibodic use a backup method.
A week after you start a new pack or new pill it wont help so than you also have to use a backup method.
So to answer your question yes you can

Yes you can get pregnant on the pill. It's 99% effective when used properly and when it's not (say you forget to take your pill, take it late, get sick, smoke or drink with it) it's less effective.

If you are on the pill, there is a small risk of getting pregnant. That risk increases if you don't take it when you're supposed to.

Yes, and you can get pregnant the day you come home from the hospital after having a baby...which I proved.
