Heat it 'ban marie', I may have spelled that wrongly, but place a covered dish of it into a shallow pot of simmering water on the stove untill heated through, sprinkle with a little water and steam will help with mostening.

Add, say, a tablespoon of water and reheat in the oven or microwave, stirring halfway through reheating.

I just put the amount I want on a dish and sprinkle a little water and nuke it for 1-2 minutes. It's all good.

I also enjoy the word moist.
You had the moist version last night.
Have the drier crusty version tonight.
Variety is after all, the spice of life.

you can add a bit of liquid and place a damp paper towel on the top. Warm it in the microwave.

you could put a little water in it. Its ok. more than likely the pasta will absorb so dont worry about it being too watery. unless you add too much water.
