The question is poorly worded and since we can't dialog to find out what you're really asking, I'll have to make some assumptions.
Is the battery capable of delivering 5 amps maximum, or do you mean it has 5 amp-hours of capacity? (1-amp for 5-hours is equal to 5-amps for 1-hour) Get it? We're talking about capacity so we'll assume 12volts*5amp-hour=60 watt hours of power.
I've never seen a voltage rating for a speaker. They're usually rated in ohms (4,8,16?) and a speaker's power rating usually defines the point when the cone begins to bend and distort the sound. Here, I'm going to assume your speaker is dissipating 14 watts (pretty loud, indoors). So here's the math:
60 W-hr/14 W=4.28-hr
That's based on a lot of assumptions on my part, so it's an estimate (more of a guess,really) Hope this helps.....

I don't know the formula, but I do know it depends on how loud you play the music or whatever.

A one-decibel increase means the sound is 10 TIMES LOUDER than the decibel before! Human ears are very bad at noticing differences in amplitude.

Why do you have a speaker on a bike, anyway? Isn't that kinda dangerous? Or are you hooking up a PA system to ride around and announce stuff?

I don't know. I'm intrigued...but I don't know.

impossible to tell.

not 5A is important but how many AH (amperes hour ) is the battery

If you battery is 5 Ah it means it can deliver for one hour 5 amperes ( with 12 volt ) , or 2 hours 2.5 amperes with 12 Volts.

Watt = Amperes times Volt

so 12 Watt in 1 Hour is 1Ah * 12Volts

, Now for the speaker directly hook it to the battery ? you dont use an amplifier ?
