MY friend "Tom" (really isnt his name ) was going to ask out his old gf who is my freidnd. they dated other people but they both know they still like each other. he was going to ask her out on valentine's day and surprise her at our dance.....now...he changed his mind cuz he wants to flirt with other gurlz. today me and my friend tried to talk him into it and he bought it i think......................what if he changes his mind again??

I didnt talk into him...he loves her.....he says it all the time and they just wanted 2 see other people...but she always says she loves him. and now we didnt have scool today cuz tha snow i guess.

If he changes his mind, so be it. There's nothing you can really say or do to change a person. The person himself has to want to. As it is, this is his true color. He's not ready to commit to a relationship.

Why would you want to subject your friend to this though? Would you want a boyfriend that wants to flirt with other girls?

If he changes his mind, he changes his mind. You don't want him to have any doubts in his mind when he asks out your friend. If he continues to change his mind, maybe your friend deserves better.

Let him decide what he wants to do. Let's face it, people will make their own decisions. Sometimes no matter how much something makes sense to you...it just for some reason doesn't make sense to them. Let him decide.
