Sorry....you were told a lie.

You'd be surprised how many things are deductible if you ask someone trying to sell you something.

definite, resources taxes are deductible. factors, in case you pay them are also deductible. the different products at the on the spot are not deductible. save music of money you spend on improvements and the different products from the last. do not ever throw out the last information. once you've a capital benefit on the homestead once you promote you'd be including a number of this stuff on your fee foundation to diminish your earnings.

You were told wrong. Do not take any type of tax advice from that person!

That is a strictly personal expense. It is not deductible and cannot be used to adjust the basis of the home.

Who told you that, the person trying to sell you the aerial photo? Lotsa luck on that one. Not a legit deduction.

Unless the home is being "held for earning income", the photo would not be deductible. See attached link for what can be claimed for lines 22 and 27, misc. deductions.

Why would it be? What is the purpose of an aerial photo except for your curiosity?

No, it's not deductible. Who ever told you was either mis-informed, telling you a lie or was just plain stupid.
