Yes, I think so. I was about to pose a question about why so many people conclusively say that there is no God (or even that there is a God), and I think you hit the nail on the head. They do so because they are trying to justify their position in their minds so that they don't have to actually think about what they believe.

I see the circumstantial evidence for God, and I believe, but I realize that circumstantial evidence is never 100% conclusive. Of course, I believe for other reasons besides those, and I am fully pursuaded of His existence through various direct interventions, but I cannot prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that there is a God to anyone else.

I don't like to say this because it's somewhat insulting, but I really believe that saying "There is no god" or "There is a God" is an ignorant remark, especially if it has no accompanying reason; furthermore, I haven't seen a reason that isn't riddled with argumentative fallacies. Look them up on Wikipedia if you want.

Moral of story: before you go making these affirmative statements, realize that you're still human, and you can make mistakes.

Positive reinforcement is a form of leadership.People with good jugements can see positive reinforcement as a means to try to manipulate them.
If done in a dishonest way, people who are born with a bad jugement might be greatly influced by it positive reinforcement because of their need (as with everybody) to feel good about themrselves.
Critical thinking, although it is a mechanism which can be enhanced and made better, will not normally get much better with people who have an bad jugement to begin with.
So my answer to your question is no.

Quite the opposite. God positively reinforces critical thinking.

You may be right. That's why we should really teach our children critical thinking. We should always stride to seek the truths with evidences, proofs, and logic.

As if the question is related to religion, those who think god exists choose a man created god. Most of them do not try to logically prove that any god exists. Does this god define any limitation as in space and time? If there is no limit, salvation is pointless. If there is, this god is defined within his own limitations and therefore is not the creator of all things.

No, why would it? If the person receiving the positive reinforcement had the thought originally, that is all that is important.

Yes, critical thinking is a man made tradition, based upon revelations from God.

Have you ever had a dream that showed you something that you had no idea of what it was, or had reoccurring dreams, that have no meaning? If you would take the time to investigate these dreams, you would realize that they are messages to you.
